Gaming joystick as midi controller?

I have a ps3 wwe all star brawl joystick, I connect it to my pc and it recognizes it as a HID but I don’t know where to go from here. Can anybody help?

Right now I’m using virtual dj and going to be upgrading to traktor soon I need help.
What software should I use to convert the hid to midi?

Wouldn’t you use midi yoke? Coverts into midi signals. I always thought about using a ps3 controller since have six axis could make for some crazy effects controls
