GAS attack!

Hey guys,

if theres one thing i’m sure about its the fact i’m not the only person on this site that suffers from serious GAS, everyday i find a new piece of gear i’d love to have in my home studio!

at the moment the priority purchases are;

Production -
Hardware; Moog Slim Phatty, Akai MPK 49, Nord Lead X2 Rack.
Software; UAD Satellite Duo (hybrid piece of equipment), Ozone 4, Trillian.

DJ - Denon DN-X1600, NI Kontrol X1 (another), Kaoss Pad 3.

What are you guys REALLY wanting at the moment then?

ermmmm … a midi-fighter, some new slipmatts, maybe some new needles and carts, some white time control vinyl, some rokkit krk6 speakers…

Yeah, I’m undergoing a major gearlust attack myself at the moment. Looking for a sampling groovebox to accompany my Electribe EMX. And I’m damn close to just buying an ESX off ebay. I just need to convince my conscience that it’s okay to spend cash on gear yet again.

Nothin’ much here.

Just HD25’s, a MidiFighter, 2 Reloop 4000’s, an A8DJ and TSP2. I’m considering an S4 too, but meh, too much on my list already :disappointed:

I want to get my hands on one of those DNX-1600’s to try it out.

I kept bouncing between getting a S4 or not, and now with the twitch just coming out thats thrown another spanner in my works, but i think for the way i work, the denon mixer and 2 x1’s works best for me, although i’m also very tempted to throw some albeton live into the mix and see what i can do with both aha…

GAS is a killer!

I went to pick up the tickets for my holiday today and ended up buying a Boss DD-7 Delay pedal, i’ve barely touched my guitar in months, but i’ve found a 1000 other uses for it anyway!

Made my first major purchase in a long time which may open the floodgates. Just ordered an Ecler 2, DJtech Kontrol One and an X1 bag … I hope that will be it for the summer but every day for the past month or two I have increasingly wanted to splurge on recording/production equipment TO MAKE THOSE SICK BEATS that you hear everyone else doing. I also need to buy a new laptop since I busted the hinges and got plastic bits falling off the front of this one now :confused:
