So i was playing around in Serato with my SLATE4 when i realized what i was hoping and trying to do, it was only going to happen with a Traktor remix deck. Unfortunately for me, this doesnt seem like a popular controller (which i have minimal complaints about) and no body has made a mapping for it yet. I found a map for the SLATE 2 channel but it was very much incomplete even for 2 channels. I then tried to find a MIDI monitor to maybe attempt mapping it myself but i couldnt. Im a little lost and need to be pointed in the right direction. Can anyone help?
well i wasnt having any luck with mapping it from scratch. my controller was simply not talking to traktor. so when i downloaded the SLATE2 map, someone had remapped the Gemini G2V (or something) and i had SOME control. the platters didnt even work. what i actually want is to have 2 regular decks and 2 remix decks.
