Cool, but the controller seems more tailored to Traktor.

Yes, works like a glove for Traktor.

Spam!!!

Indeed spam,
I’m sure the DN-SC2000’s are nice, but $249 for one controller doesn’t have me pulling out my check book.

Just considering the market options and limitations I don’t see the value.

Bundles are corny btw! Especially considering this one. If someone is willing to pay that price at least give them the courtesy of a full program.

Spam of the highest order… Could of at least included traktor le aswell. The original Total control came with traktor le and some reskinned version of vdj if memory serves me.

deviantdigi, thanks for your opinion, its all good.

Considering the popular X1 goes for $199, which includes Traktor LE, paying $50 more for the SC2000 with the same functions, plus includes a touch sensitive jog wheel, 100mm pitch slider and enclosed in a durable steel body, (not plastic) the extra $50 is justified.

I don’t know, I wouldn’t really consider this spam, more like an announcement. Maybe that’s because Silvio helps people out on occasion and at least tries to be a member of the community.

I agree, spam to me means an unwanted message about something - but a post about a new offer for a DJ controller in a forum about DJ controllers is probably of some interest to some folks here.

And anyone whining about prices in the US - come over to Europe and pay the equivalent of $330 for one (I’m not complaining either - for us that’s pretty good value considering the rest of the competition)

And we don’t even get the VDJ LE offer over here either!

Agreed…

And the DN-SC2000 is worth every penny folks, I’ve played with one and it was great with traktor.

Thanks guys.

Spam to me is, “Save 70% off Viagra” lol

Yeah ur not spaming. U help alot of ppl.

Exactly.
Besides, how many spammers would include their full name and contact information?

SPAM in ther UK is actually a brand of processed meat, this controller is nothing like that, i love them (got two) … but VDJ is pointless … i suppose they have to give the program away as no one would actually buy it when they see what traktor and a good mapping can do …

I got mine for €185 ($244) each in Germany, plus €20 ($26) shipping and I am very happy with them

I like the SC2000s also. I just not ready to pull the trigger on a pair, just yet.

We have it in the US, I eat it when I’m backpacking sometimes.

With all this talk of spam I give you…

Ok, so maybe its not quite spam. And Silvio, i have nothing but respect for you. You help a lot of people on here.
Sorry for my previous statement.

Mmmmm spam fritters

i dont get it. why is giving DEMO software away FREE such a big deal?

well, i suppose LE is a step up from a demo…but still…
