Goan Fish Curry - Starring shark.

So I was invited to my mates last night for dinner.

This woman can cook…oh boy can she cook!

So we were having fish curry and it was GREAT!
I inquired to the type of fish used (i have have had similar before and it was Marlin) and it turns out it was SHARK!

Not sure what type…but it was GOOOOOOOOD!

Any else tried this?

I heard that most white line\stock fish you buy in the supermarkets is shark…

Not much of a fish eater.

Shark can really tasty, I’ve also had some nasty shark that smelled like a urinal. Anyone here had sharkfin soup?

Shark and swordfish are both pretty awesome.
