Good Customer services from Juno Records
Just wanted to post the good customer services I have received this week from Juno Records.
I had a 12 inch turn up this week which was warped and concave and they are going to send me a new one without having to send the old copy back and the answer to my query was within an hr.
I am in Australia so I am guesing the cost of feright back would not have been worth it.
