Good price for a VCI-100?

So,

I was at Guitar Center yesterday, and they had a VCI-100 for 400.00 NIB. It wasn’t a floor model or anything. This wasn’t at my GC that I usually buy from, so I can probably get another 30-40$ off of that price.

My question is, is it a good price for the unit?

thats a good price. I know that the floor price on the vci-100 is 375. Do you get coupons from GC in the mail? I got one that 20% on any item that is good until Aug '09, and today I got one for 50 bux off when you spend 350 or more.
