# Good x1 mapping for decks c & d

**Good x1 mapping for decks c & d**

Hi All,

I’m currently using traktor (1.2.7) version,  
I want to use timecode to control decks a & b  
and x1 kontrol for deck c & d as well as a midifighter abcd focus mapping  
to jump between all the decks.

All seems well, but I noticed that I can’t get the fx to work on my x1,  
Is there a problem because I’m using two different controllers?

Is there any better mappings for x1 which would fix this issue?  
Or is there something that I have missed along the way?  
Any help would be great…Thanks

shouldn’t cause a problem using multiple controllers, I use 3 different controllers for FX without a hitch.

Are you just using the standard mapping? What exactly is not working?

Hi  
I’m using standard mapping for the x1 to control decks c & d  
Problem I noticed is when I press fx1 and/or fx2 buttons (under browse pot)  
the lights will be on but the fx is not working (x1 kontrol)

I also noticed when I pressed the fx1 and/or fx2 on button (on the top of the fx sections) they activate effects 3 & 4 banks on traktor software but do not light up the 3 & 4 in the mixer section of the software

I try and import the tsi files again for the x1 and midifighter and see if that helps
