Yes, if they ask for money report them . Ask for contract details before you swing anything their way too.
Ask them about mastering, in my experience every label has a different way of doing things in that regard. Some will do it themselves, some have a preferred company they like to use and others will just take your master if its good enough. Also the average contract seems to be 50/50 split in revenue, I’ve even got 60/40 my way, never less than that tho.
