GREYBOYs Set-up
my setup is pretty stripped back at this point…2 vestax 3000 turntables, custom made (by john beez) ‘fretless fader’ mixer with ipad controlling ableton, mac air laptop, and a mpc 1000.
The mixer has been midi modified, the fader actually slides up and down, controlling the pitch of the platter so you can literally ‘play’ the turntable.
I designed the ipad mount myself so that i can control ableton, etc. with my own touch osc or lemur templates for live performance
