Grrrr!!! Venue got raided
I was in the middle of playing a set last night when the venue got raided… hard. Cops with nightsticks out, people going nuts; it got ugly. In the madness of trying to gtfo, i seem to have misplaced my mouse dongle and some cable… no biggie, just a little annoyed. F’ the Police

I guess it was cause there was about 1000 people outside of the venue that couldn’t get in and they were causing all sorts of madness. People on my guestlist couldn’t even get in cause the place was so packed. (Sorry again JesC). It was pretty epic tho.

Imagine a sea of em, in the streets, next to a Jack in The Box, on the brink of Rioting with police approaching them with batons and maces at the ready. That’s what we saw when we were leaving the venue. Kinda creepy, in a Tienemen’s Square meets Party Monster kind of way

I have to admit that 10 squad cars, a helicopter, and a paddywagon makes me feel a little special. I did manage to sneak in a couple bars of Fuck The Police before they pulled the plug.
