Has the Allen & Heath K2 been released in the US yet?

I cant tell if the K2 been released yet. I see a few online stores claiming they have them, but some are stating its for a preorder. I’m looking forward to buying, does anybody have info? And if it is out, does anybody know any NYC stores that has it?
