Having a few problems
I just got a vci 400 a few days ago and i have a few problems.
I get no response when i press the browser knob or the 4 smaller buttons above the knob.
I use vdj and even when trying to map the buttons and knob I get no response.[push any of those in learn key mode and its like nothing was even pushed]
I can get a response from every other button/knob,and my browser knob will scroll.
I have updated the units firmware[first thing i did]
I think the unit itself may be the problem.
ANY thoughts?
