Having trouble connecting CDJ800s to Traktor Scratch. help?

I connected everything through my Audio 4 and it says “low output”. I’ve never used CDJs before so I’m not exactly sure what I need to do. I assume its an easy fix Im just not competent enough in this field.

Check whether you are set to phono or line?

Hmm have you tried different RCA’s yet? What kind of control discs do you have Mk1 or Mk2?

Are you using control discs at all OP?

Ya I’m using control discs. They are the MK2s. The RCAs work with everything else I can’t imagine it would be them.
