headphone name

so i saw someone using these headphones and i cant remember their name.

i know that we had a thread on here a while back about someone doing custom paint jobs for them

and the wire has thread around it.

what are these called! its driving me crazy!!!

Beats, they were grey in stead of black and came with certificate. You might want to check the buy/sell forum.

no not beats. and im not buying them.

they were minimalistic looking (stock) and in the thread there was a link to a guy who did the custom paint jobs with gold foil and all sorts of colors and stuff.

HD 25 1-IIs are the best headphones for DJing I’ve used. I’m tempted to try some TMA-1s but from what I’ve read they wouldn’t be as good for regular listening as the HD 25 1-IIs. I use mine for portable use as well, since they are also one of the best portable headphones you can buy as well.
