headphone volume very low when vol knob turned to max

i have the s4 controller and my headphone volume is very low when the control knob is turned to max I’m using stanton headphones can someone help i may be being a complete div here 
Try turning up the headphone volume in Traktor. When you have the mixer section shown in the software there should be a dial in the bottom right hand side of the screen. I’m going from memory and I’m not at my computer, but I’m pretty sure that should do the trick.
this ^ the software volume and hardware volume are separate.
hi thanks that has worked but now the sound seems echoey like the delay effect is on the track ??? sorry to be a pain new to the digital stuff
