Hearing myself + Echo in Traktor using Microphone

When I use Traktor and my microphone on Deck C/Live Input,
I hear myself and that’s annoying.
Furthermore, I hear myself including an echo.

When I use for instance SAM Broadcaster I do hear myself, but no echo.

I’d love to use my mic without hearing myself, and get rid of that stupid echo!

I already downloaded the lastest drivers for my Realtek High Definition Audio Soundcard.

What else can I do?

Need more info … soundcard and/or mixer? if not then thats your problem right there.

Found it!

Just set the volume of the mic to 0 in the Playback options under Windows configuration/Sound.
This way the mic is still coming thru in Traktor, but without hearing myself.
