Help installing Maschine on new MBP

I’ve just gotten Maschine and when I load the installation disk and click ‘Maschine Installer Mac.mpkg’ it tells me I need an application to open it.
Anyone know what I might need?
Maybe try to right click it and open with installer
Any ideas where to find installer. Sorry if this is total thick bastard material but I can’t find it when I search
The installer.app should be located in /System/Library/CoreServices if it’s not there you can install off the DVD that came with your computer I think. When you click on it choose to open the maschine mpkg file.
