Help me id this (70s or 80s song) ??

I recently made a house tune, and I keep thinking of this vocal that I have heard before and it’s just a girl saying/singing

“kaleidoscope, kaleidoscope” kalei-do-scope she says it like

I cannot for the life of me remember where I heard it, but for some reason I keep thinking it was in GTA Vice City..so I looked up all the tracks on the soundtrack for the game and now I dont think it was on there.

I also did a google search of the lyrics, but it turns out there are a million songs with this vocal, which also makes it hard to ask here about it lol.

But anyway, if anyone knows a song with this clip and you can think of the name/title and artist, PLEASE let me know.
