Help Midi Fighter Update. PLEASE

Hi
My One midi Fighter updated fine.
The second one says - Failed to Find a Midifighter in Bootloader mode.

In my device manager I pick up that the midifighter came up before as a midifighter and now only as a USB Audio Device.

I’m on Windows 7

Tried the same updater on my mac and one went through and the same one gave the same error.

Anyone
I know the site has a lot of info and I’ve been through a lot of it.
BUT

Are there some one here who can help the guys who are not so technical minded as most here.

Update one by one, dont plug in booth Midifighter on the PC! Plug the One in, Start in Bootmode and Flash! This have to work. I hope u can start in Boot mode, if not read the Thread how to get in bootmode!

No Luck

No go - the one updates - the other not.

I have 2 red buttons that looks like reset button at the back.

Anyone that can confirm the use of those buttons.

I don’t want to open it and fiddle with it.

Anything else I can try

The buttons replace the need for using the jumper wires described in this thread.

But they also have a cable shorting a reset on the board.
