A friend wants to buy a bit damaged mixtrack, so I am just helping him, the buyer that sells it has only said that what I wrote earlier, so I was wondering is it a big problem or it can be fixed? No more info for now…
I will receive the unit after 5-7 days, what can I do, to check if it works or has the above mentioned problems? How to test it? Is there a soft or something? Please guy’s help, I am bit new on this
neither really come with it, maybe some demo or something…i think its actually VDJ but idk. Short of some kind of circut bending , or faulty components, i cant really think of something that would have created an environment on the mixtrack where you couldnt map your way out of the situation youre talking about. there is just so little data to work with here…
I have MTP 2 and it works perfectly on that matter.
Firstly, you should download latest firmware from Numark’s site and install it if your unit is not already up to date.
Secondly, hook it up to the MIDI monitor software such as MIDI OX and check if the multiple midi assignments issue is gone.
If there are same issues again than it might come down to defective hardware and you should ask for the replacement.
So my conclusion at this point, tested with MIDI OX, no bad signals, only green ones, tested every single button… I guess all works fine…
When Serato DJ 1.9.5 opened, there is no reaction when playing a track.
When installed Serato_DJ_1.1.2 it shows that there is no device connected.
