help needed with mixtrack

please help im completley new to djing with controllers and software i have a mixtrack pro with traktor 2 le i have every thing working fine except for the headpones ive searched and found various surgestions to resolve this but everthing ive tried has failed im certain ive followed intructions correctly

any ideas on how to reolve this
