Next week I’m planing on getting me a behringer xenyx 802 mixer, I already have Traktor Scratch Pro, my question is: What do I need to setup the mixer with Traktor?what cables? what kind of soundcard?

Your wiring will depend on your soundcard and speaker set-up. As for the soundcard, with Scratch Pro you are limited in choice if you want to do time code, otherwise the sky is the limit (but all you would need is something simple like the NI Audio 2 DJ). If you get a A2DJ, the wiring is simple and included in the box.
