Help - S2 FX On Button doesn’t light up

Hello Everybody,

I recently got the S2 and been playing and learning it along with Traktor Pro 2. However, I noticed that my FX On buttons never lights up whenever I try to engage it. Although all of the other effects buttons and knobs seem to be functioning properly. Does anyone have a suggestion? Do I have a bad copy of this S2?

Please advise. I’d like to know whether there is something I can do within the software to configure this. Thank you!

found my solution

So I kept playing around with it and read more on the instructions and I was able to find my solution.

Press the Shift button + the FX On Button. This will then turn the FX panel into a single mode in which I can control three different parameters to fine tune the sound of the selected FX.
