Help setting up my DVS !!!
Hello Everybody,
First of all I would like to say that any comments related to the topics will be WELCOMED !!!
So I started DJing about half a year ago and bought myself the next setup:
-Pioneer 250-K mixer
-2 Pioneer CDJ 100s
Now then, I bought a sound card MAYA 44 USB+
The deal is: I get nothing but LEDs flashing from the sound card…
I plugged my hardware the next way
-Deck A to the INPUT 1/2 of the sound card
-Deck B to the INPUT 3/4 of the sound card
-OUTPUT 1/2 to the Channel 1 (DECK A) RCA of the mixer
-OUTPUT 3/4 to the Channel 2 (DECK B) RCA of the mixer
Here is what I have tried:
-On Win XP, I installed the drivers, setup the software (Virtual DJ and Deckadance 2) as 2 Timecodes, EXTERNAL mixer and then I choose the Maya ASIO Card. NOTHING
-On Win 7 (32 bit) I tried the same setup (External mixer, 2 timecodes) on Virtual DJ and I got a bit of a signal, and a 5% Quality Signal but still no sound…
I appreciate any help of any kind !!
