Help setting up VCI 100 headphone monitoring

I’m running a NI Audio 1 Kontrol with my VCI 100 but I can’t get headphone monitoring to work. I get the same out of the headphones on the Audio 1 Kontrol as I do out the Master Out.

Is this something that I setup on the Audio Kontrol or Traktor?

Also, have I selected the correct MIDI settings here:

Welcome, Set Traktor master out to 1-2. Set cue headphone to 3-4. Make sure the monitor select level volume is positioned to the left. This should work for you. Select 3-4 headphone on the AK1
