Help to select new midi controller

Help to select new midi controller

hi this is my first post in this forum
I’m looking for your feedback and help
to buy new midi controller
i have 3 options

Vestax Typhoon/spin

Numark MixTrack Pro

‪Hercules DJ 4Set‬

what is the best made of the 3
which has the best buttons and faders and better sound card

thanks

Personally I would go with the mix track because I like the jogs and layout but I think depending on your personal style it would either be between that or the vestax

Re: Help to select new midi controller

So what was ur final choice. Really it personal preference and ur style and how much are you willing to spend. I owned a RMX after doing my home for months before replacing it. I had to choice between m-audio and American audio. Just got my VMS last week.

thank you all for your responses

and seen other controllers please tell me which is the best

Reloop Mixage IE

DJ TECH **i-Mix Reload MKII

I personally just ordered the Hercules DJ 4Set… best value in my opinion if you are venturing into 4deck Deejaying.. .. but i DO plan on upgrading pretty quickly, just want to have something to beat up a little bit … I will come back and post my experience with it once it arrives

im thinking about selling my vms4 w/flight case for $400 pm if interested

(just bought it in July this year) but being at a hard school means that it sits in my closet )

I’d would definitively go with the Mixtrack. It has the best feature set of any of those you mentioned. I had a Typhoon for a while and returned it pretty quick. It’s really basic and the EQ is just plain strange.

Update:
Got my Hercules DJ 4Set yesterday and have been playing with it non stop since i opened lol.. This thing works flawlessly! Midi mapping is a breeze in Traktor. sound quality is great! Very low latency! AISO is great. All the buttons knobs and fades all feel great. The only thing about it that feels “cheap” is the weight. But when you are using it (and its set down) that doesn’t matter lol.. Its verywell built and sturdy.

congratulations on your new controller
in my case I had bad experience with hercules rmx
and Hercules is a brand that will not buy again

now I’m very interested in reloop mixage and DJ TECH **i-Mix Reload MKII

someone else who has more information or personal experience in these two controllers?

regards

i would go for the reloop over the reload mate.

hi Thanks for your opinion

What was the best reason that made you decide for the reloop mixage ?
