Help! Two broken Midi-fighter classics

I was mixing music in my place last night and all of a sudden both my Midi-Fighter classics reset. After they reset I got the single (top right) LED of death from both of them. Now one of them gives that light and nothing else right away when you plug it in and the other one does the LED snake thing but ends up just the same with nothing but the single LED illuminated. I’m pretty freaked out because I’ve tried everything the forum has to offer and I cannot get Traktor to recognize either of them. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Have you tried to contact directly djtechtools support?

I was just hoping there was one last trick or something I was overlooking because I honestly feel bad having DJTT fix/replace it. they’ve already fixed a mf circuit board for me once last year. I can’t help but think I may have the touch of death:relieved:

Thanks for the advice though, I guess I have no other choice. I submitted a ticket.
