Help! vci 400 CRASH

i made a video just to make it clear..:

So, my VCi400 crashes.. about every hour..
it happended after i upgraded to the standalone mixer..
can if you got the old firmware, please send it.. i can’t find it anywhere..

have you tried going back to the old version?

if that doesnt work, i guess call vestax for warranty
