help with DJ/io

i am new dj.. i got a dj/io last year around November, i noticed whenever i try to play my music just a little loader my songs suddenly stops and then starts again… is that a problem with my dj/io or do i need a new sound card…

this is my set up…

hp pavilion dv6000, two Behringer Erolive B212a, and dj/io, and cords.

are you using the right drivers? is your latency properly set?

Sounds like the bass vibrations are moving your scratch platters. Try placing your controller on some foam or a soft pillow to islate it from vibration.
