Hello… Im new here and i was hoping someone could help me…
Just got my Imix reload today, everything is working fine except for the song select knob (Cannot move up/down on song list)… Tried traktor and deckadance but none of them seem to recognize it
wondering if this a software problem or the thing is just defective??
Does the MIDI light in Traktor flash when you move it? The light should blink if it’s receiving a signal from the unit. If so then it’s just a mapping bug. If it doesn’t flash and the rest of your controllers buttons do there may be a hardware issue
