help with jog wheels!!

hey guys i dont kno what happen with one of my jogwheel it doesnt move right the sensitive is good but when i move it takes it act weird to function and it doesnt move that much is spin good is on the sofware that doesnt move good:disappointed::disappointed: (traktor) (is my left side ) my right one is perfect any idea how to fix this

Adjust your sensitivity settings in the midi traktor page for your jog that isnt functioning properly.

In the midi traktor settings find what your jog function is, then change the sensitivity for it.
