Help with Maschine

I bought a 4 month old Maschine locally and it’s a full version.
The old owner has emailed NI to ask them to remove his email from the serial so at the moment i cannot register it.

I have installed the software etc but i can at the moment only run in demo mode and the actual hardware does not come on and does not light up.

So is this simpy as i cannot register the serial? I installed in on my mac then in windows via bootcamp and it does not pick up the maschine controller.

Can anybody shed some light on this for me?

You will have to register the software after the seller is unregistered to unlock the full version.

Yeah i am sorting out that bit with the seller etc, but strange thing is both mac and windows do not see this controller.
