Help with Maschine

Okay, So I have my maschine mikro hooked up to my laptop with the machine software running. However, it doesn’t seems like the software doesn’t recognize it. The controller says start machine or put it in midi mode, and in midi mode, it still doesnt interact with the software. All I’m trying to do is put the DJTT sound packs into the machine software to play. Anybody?

Reinstall the drivers WITHOUT your Maschine hooked up to your laptop.

There was some sort of a firmware update tool on the NI website. Had issues with my Maschine MK1 a while back and that sorted it for me. Check out the downloads section.
If that doesn’t work, put a ticket in with NI. I’ve always found their support extremely helpful.

Have you been through the audio and MIDI settings under ‘file’ in the software and made sure the hardware is recognised?
