Help with song compression.

I need to make a submission to a radio station of a mix that it 40 mins long.
The problem is that i need to compress the 94MB file to something around 70MB without changing the quality (320 kbps). It must be sent as a zip file which only compresses the file to around 90 MB.
any ideas?

Did you record it as an MP3 directly? Use V0 VBR MP3 compression rather than 320kbps CBR.
