Hercules RMX problem with MacBook Pro

when i connect my hercules to the usb port an error comes up that says that this usb port is using to much power out on my computer. HELP? :confused:

have you tried both usb ports? I know that something one is stronger than the other.

i bought this adaptor that lets you i connect 4 usb and it worked fine for like 2 days, yesterday that i wanted to practice i connected the hercules it didnt light up, i connected on the computer ports and that error came up :S

Have you rebooted? Does the port work for other things? Can the RMX use a power adaptor?

For when you decide you want to buy another USB hub.

the rmx can’t use a power adaptor. I think you need to plug the RMX directly into the usb port and run your other stuff in with the adaptor

I knew there were issues, but didn’t know there was an official hercules tech bulletin on it.
