Hercules RMX & Traktor 3.4.1

I have updated the .TKS files for latest Traktor 3.4, enjoy :slight_smile:

  • Pitch Reset updated for Traktor 3.4, same function but an
    update in the midi out setup was necessary.
  • Add Sync led turn on/off for deck A & B, now it follow the
    beat like in Virtual DJ.
  • New Midi page 3 to browse tracks with Jogs like in Virtual
    DJ, try to push up, right or down buttons and move one of
    the jogs.
  • New Modify in the selection of midi page 2, now the button
    Scratch have a memory and led is turned on when you are in
    midi page 2, if you re-push you coming back in midi page 1.

Hercules RMX & Traktor 3.4.1

Hi R3clu23,

I’m using Hercules RMX & Traktor 3.4.1. As far as I know, I only need a properly “tuned” TKS file to make this work ok.

My problem now is quite simple. This thread does not allow me (for whatever reason) to download the file T33Midi_Hercules_DJ_Console_RMX_T3.zip provided by Cioce.

From what Cioce wrote about the changes he did to the TKS file for Traktor 3.4.1 (to be used with Hercules RMX) this should cure all of my current problem with Hercules RMX & Traktor 3.4.1.

So I’d be glad and happy if you could supply this file to me.

I did some poking around, and I plum forgot that I’m using TS Pro, and importing old TKS files into the new app doesn’t work for me. I looked into it “after” I made this reply to the OP.

Okay, I reverted back to my older copy of Traktorv3.2.2
And loaded in this TKS file, one problem I’m having is that the jog wheels don’t
work. Is this intentional?

:slight_smile: Thanks for the update, it works great! - these are exactly the changes I was going to attempt to make - but I was not able to get the Scratch button to have a memory - if you ever read this again, is there any chance you could explain how you did it? Whenever I tried to turn it into a toggle button it just stayed stuck but I dont see anything different in your settings… peculiar.

RMX TKS file

For some reason I cannot open the tks file that will allow me to use the RMX
with traktor 3.4.1 does anyone have a fix for this issue?

@ phatso I downloaded it but all i get are the pdf the tks file will not load or open
not sure what I have to sdo Ive tried it on tow pcs
Im using virt dj now however I dont like that the Bpms are always off and its hard to us the pitch bend they never manually lock and even the sync button(which im not a fan of is off) so i wanna try it with traktor

Can you confirm that your version of Traktor is 3.4.1 ?

The only reason I could see that you could not load the file is if you have an older version.

Yes I have confirmed it and still cnt see why I cant open the Tks

TKS file corrupted

Can someone please send me the modified Tks via e-mail soulkeeper21dh@yahoo.com file ? I ve downloaded it several times but it says that it is corrupted
