This post was buried in a decksaver thread so I pulled it out. I thought it already had it’s own, but I couldn’t find it.
Wow I want to make one now. I’m curious how its rotating with copper tubing and locking with pressure? I’m thinking of copper joints and most of them are threaded. Also what about scoring of the copper from rotating? Is that occurring? Since copper is pretty soft scoring can be a real issue with weight.

Hi guys!! Sorry I’ve been away for a long time, but now I’m back!
As for you guys asking me for a tutorial on how to make it… Don’t know if that is going to be possible, since I’m not thinking on making another one, but I’ll post another video were you can see all the pieces apart, so you can figure it out.
It’s really a simple process, the most important thing are measures!!
Once the locks are in closed posicion, you don’t have to worry about the weight.
It’s not going to fold down wille you’re using it!! hehehehe!!
As for the ones wondering about the paint job… It’s all covered in textured black carbon fiber vinyl. I’ve bought some sheet’s and made it all myself.
For the ones wondering how much it costed, well, only the tubes and joints costed around 40€, so it’s not expensive at all!!
