How about a DJTT UK Weekender

Another thread got me thinking.

I know of a couple of venues in North Wales that are possible to book for a weekend and allow camping.

Im thinking a DJTT UK weekender! We wouldn’t have to look far for DJ’s!!!

Would anyone be interested in this?

Does anyone else know of any other venues? - Countryside with camping?

Would people be willing to travel?

We have been discussing a night in the NW on another thread and it got me thinking.

I know a couple of venues in North Wales. multi room, some have bunkhouse/camping facilities.

Got me thinking about a mini weekender! DJs from DJTT playing all day and night! Would mean that we could have a weekender and most people would get some time to spin!

We tried to sort this last year and it got to like 20 pages and it was all talk no one got of there arse and sorted it.

But byfly when I get home tomorrow will pm about Liverpool .

But euro be well up for a weekender if it can get sorted

I see what yer saying, but think it could work. we would just need the right venue. Id suggest that tickets should be sold online and bought in advance

Yeah mate Im 100% behind it would be amazing for the djs and the djtt community

Promoting and sponsorship is easily sorted if we can get a team together and get a date at a venue sorted we can crack on

I know for a fact that both of these have raves on. Think that you may also be able to camp at them as well.

If possible, it would be nice if any of the official DJTT people could maybe point us in the direction of any companies they have any links with (Native Instruments, Vestax, Novation, Rokit, AIAIA, AViiQ, Crane and so on) to see if we can get any sponsorship.

I know a few professional photographers who could take some quality shots.

Not that I wouldnt like to aim bigger, but if we had Fri, Sat, Sun and 2 Rooms and an outside tent each day, we could easily host 30 DJs. Each DJ brings 5 - 10 people, then the numbers would soon add up!

i think a weekender tho is aiming to high at the moment,i think we should put on a night and see how it goes,then we can put on a weekender+all the money we make from the night can go straight back in to funding the weekender.

and when sponsors ask what we have done before etc… we have a history.
