How can I edit a song to change the BPM
Hello I want to change the BPM of some songs to make it more DJ friendly or easy to mix with, Is there anyone who could tell me how to do it? Any tutorials?
I own Ableton live 9 can i do it with this software?

Less than 1 minute of googling and reading will tell you how to do this.
I googled but could not understand, I saw some videos about wraping on Ableton but I cant understand how can I record it to use with traktor for example.
Is it possible to change the BPM but get it to sound the same?

Pretty sure you can do this in Ableton, but as I have no clue about that software, this is the best I could do.
It’s even EASIER in Ableton.
Been doing this in SoundForge years ago when I was using CDJ’s.

You don’t need to record it for use in Traktor. Open Traktor and load the track to a deck. Turn keylock on for the deck. Adjust the tempo to any BPM you like.
But, this isn’t real, right? The whole POINT of DJ software (or CDJs, turntables, etc) is to be able to adjust tempos.
Fuck adjusting pitch. Sync that shit up and forget about tempos. Also forget about phrasing, track selection, beat matching and the levels. Speaking about levels, play Levels often.
(I’m not anti-sync but this thread is just awesome)
