How do i add a picture to my profile?

This is probably a face palm but cant seem to find it on hear…

so i have a picture on the top left right under my name when i comment or post a thread

Click on the Forum Actions menu above and select Edit Profile. Then from the sidebar on the left click on Edit Avatar.
