He plays mainly “electro” poppish songs and bangers. He was #1 for 3 years, but Armin van Buuren took that place 4 years ago (this is if you belive in DJMag’s ranking…)

let’s keep djing and music production separate. There are LOTS of better djs than both mentioned earlier.
Yeah u couldve done that 5 yrs ago but for anyone to know who you are as a dj you gotta produce something and make a name for yourself.
I prefer Armin Van Heldon, myself. but to each there own.
then it’s not the best DJ but the most popular. I’m not saying they shouldn’t produce music at all, just not to mix it (no pun intended) when analyzing their skills

Honestly this guy could take just about any 2 tracks from the plutheria of crappy trance (made after 1999) that is out there and come up with the same thing. both of the songs he played sound just like every other song produced with in the genre of CRAPPY OVER PRODUCED EPIC TRANCE…
Exactly what i’m saying. He was always a mainstream DJ but crossed the line as we all know due to his collaborations with BEP and such.
Deadmau5 is a great example of the dj/producer mess, he is rated #6 and he isn’t even a DJ (he’s a performer), geez he even hates us for playing his tracks
