How much is import tax on MF Pro (UK)

Hi,

I roughly worked out that a Midifighter Pro would cost me £280
that includes p+p and import tax.

Can any UK members who have bought a Pro tell me exactly what they
paid for import tax

Cost me less than £30. £28 I think it was, something like that. To be honest I was expecting it to be more

So it’s just a couple of quid more than a MF classic for import tax,
Hmmm worked out it would be at least 40 to 50 quid import tax for a Pro.

Good news then

i paid yesterday for my midifighter (classic) and it cost £38 something. so i’m guessing a pro would cost about £50 i guess. hope that helps

Yeah I thought that too, it’s 20% of the value of the product plus the p+p that you are receiving.

just an update. i jumped the gun when paying the tax and just phoned up as the letter hadn’t arrived. I thought it was £38 but it was actually £30.81. so a 1/3 cheaper. sorry about the mistake. was just happy to pay the cash and wait again like a kid
