how to delete songs from traktor on mac
just playing around with traktor on a macbook pro. how THE FUCK do i delete songs because the delete button does not work, right clicking does not work, and nothing works. u would think removing a song from traktor would be easy…
It is.
Ctrl/Click - Delete From Collection.
Then select the method deletion you want.

It’s a method of protecting you from yourself. In the middle of a gig, it makes plenty of sense that you wouldn’t want to accidentally delete a song by pressing the wrong key. Having a user make two steps gives a little bit of insurance that they KNOW what they are doing.
IIRC deleting tracks via Traktor doesn’t put them in the Mac trash. AFAIK (tell me different) Traktor doesn’t have a trash can. Therefore, no restore.
I believe that is correct.
