How to deregister logic pro 9 to sell

I’m giving some serious thought to selling my copy of logic and switching back to Ableton. I love logic, but just feel that bit more at home with live. Just an idea at the mo, but wondering if i can deregister so I can sell my copy and stick the funds towards ableton.

After looking around and doing a bit of Googling for you it seems that you don’t have to unregister the software like you do with NI stuff. You sell the discs and the serial numbers and that gives the buyer full ownership.
