Sounds like he set a loop, then used the pitch slider to rev it all the way up , then a power down. He was also using a filter.
Its possible with anything that has a pitch slider that can go to about +/- 100

sounds like 1/8 loop with pitch fader and filter…maybe a pioneer effect but not sure
basic pioneer effect, set a loop on a CDJ, press loop out and roll the jog wheel backwards, turn the break function to max and press play/pause.. mean while you fiddle with effects on the mixer..
