How to fix my loop size/set knob on S2?

When I go to set a loop via my s2, in my Traktor software the green loop selector box jumps every 4 down or up, instead of one down or up. I need to find out what’s causing this asap, cause it seems to be out of nowhere. Is there any mapping setting I can edit for it? Sensitivity or something? Thank you!!!

Try re-importing your mapping. If that doesn’t work it could be a faulty encoder.

Seems that you have a four duplicates of the same mapping. Usually happen when installing from the device menu.
Try to use the big import button instead and see if that works.
