how to get electro n bigroom sounds
any tips mainly on drums and the synths? i mainly produce swedish-style house and would be down on any advice for vsts n plug-ins that would be helpful for the basslines n synths as well as how to get that 4 to the floor drum kicks n snares thanksss
You mean you want to sound like Swedish House Mafia?
Get proper sample packs + Logic (they use all the logic synths a fair bit) + 25 years of collective DJing and music production experience.
The first one is really important for your drums.
As for making a 4 to the floor with kick drums and snares… anybody else?
You might like to check out Ryan Enzed on YouTube. He’s got some of the best tutorials on Electro & Complextro I’ve seen.
Or have a look at Lucky Date, he’s more of an Electro House producer who uses Reason, but don’t let that put you off because I’ve picked up a few techniques just watching his videos.

just select various sounds that work together, eq them so you get no phasing and group them together(depending on program you use)
also notice how the kick just comes right in and starts banging. i use a compressor on the kick with a slow attack fast release bring the ratio and compression level down depending on the kick you use, you can get great samples from loopmasters.com
