Using the Apple USB 3 Camera adapter and the Behringer UCA 202.

Good for any recordings you may want to do with an iPhone/iPad.

How the track trimming feels/looks like on iphone, can it be done precisely?

I haven’t tried it. Just ordered the Behringer audio interface

i use sonic port vx. super high quality, direct access to lightning port.

$150 for the Sonic Port (great device)

$30 for the a Apple adapter and $30 for the Behringer soundcard (cheap solution)
