How to make this kind of instrumental?
Hi, I want to make my own electronic song and I really like the background instrumentals to this song… how can I make sounds like that of which start at 1:01 and 1:25? (I’m really interested in the entire instrumentals though)

What kind of plugins, etc might I need to accomplish this? Are these found in sound packs like loopmasters or home made?
